Miniseries on "Hot carriers in microelectronic technologies"

A miniseries of two lectures on the phenomenology and importance of hot carrier effects for the performance and reliability of microelectronic devices will be held on April 12 and April 19 in the MO27-001 (first floor) meeting room. Lectures are intended to strengthen the knowledge of Master and PhD students in Electronics Engineering and Physics on a topic rarely addressed in basic or specialized courses, but nevertheless of great importance for micro and nanoelectronics. Basic knowledge of electron devices (especially MOSFETs) is recommended.

The lectures will be delivered by Prof. Luca Selmi from 14.30 to 16.30 in both days. No registration is necessary.
